Communal keys at Claremont House are managed by Rebloom Ltd. If you require additional keys, or have lost or misplaced your key and need a replacement to access the communal entrance to the building, these should be requested via the official request form (linked within this article) and paid for in advance.

Payment should be made via BACS transfer using the details above. We cannot take card payments for communal keys.
Communal keys carry a charge of £23 + VAT to cover the cost of cutting and distribution etc. and can take up to 5 working days to deliver. Any requested keys will have to be paid for in full by the relevant party before they are distributed. Please note, it can take 2 working days to determine if payment has cleared and keys will not be dispatched until payment has cleared in the bank. If you are a tenant and are not responsible for additional payments for keys, please have your relevant landlord or letting agent submit the request. Please share this relevant information with them so that they are fully aware of lead times.
If you have misplaced the keys to your apartment or post box, please contact your estate agent, landlord or letting agent. Rebloom are responsible for the communal areas only and these items are not provided under the block management service.
If you are a new leaseholder, please ensure that you have been handed all of the relevant keys from the seller.
